rates, dates, terms and conditions

» rates

$480.00 per day. One, three and five day clinics are available. Clinics are scheduled Monday through Friday. Half day clinics are available as space permits at $240.00. Rates are per person for adults and children over the age of 18. We welcome children under the age of 18 at the regular rate but they must be accompanied at all times by an adult. Any children that are not accompanied by their parents must have an adult present with a power of attorney.

Morning sessions begin at 10:ooam and run until 1:00pm. Afternoon sessions begin at 2:30pm and end at 5:30pm. All sessions are restricted to a maxium of four riders to insure personal attention to each student.

Guests may choose from one, three or five day programs. All programs run Monday through Friday. Single day or three day programs are arranged as space permits. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred days.

We are closed Thanksgiving day, Christmas day and New Years day.

» reservations and payment

To book a Horses In Hawaii vacation, simply call us at 800 428 9031 or email us at info@horsesinhawaii.com. We can usually confirm your reservation within 48 hours. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the trip is required to hold a reservation. The total price is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Horses In Hawaii reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $100 for late payment. If payment is not received when due, Horses In Hawaii reserves the right to cancel the trip and no refund will be made on deposit.

» cancellation policy

We understand plans must be changed occasionally. If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following formula.

61 + days $250 or 25% of the one or three day programs.

30-60 days 50% of price of trip

Less than 30 days 100% of price of trip

Cancellations must be made before 5:00pm (pacific time) on a business day. Saturdays, Sundays and legal Holidays are not considered business days. Occasionally plans must be changed. If you must postpone your trip to another scheduled date, you may do so upon payment of a $100 reschedule fee per person and upon at least 61 days written notice to Horses In Hawaii. You must reschedule your program to occur within 52 weeks of the date of your original reservation. One change is permitted.

Horses In Hawaii acts only as the marketing representative for the equestrian facility. The Release (Riding Program Agreement) form must be signed and returned to our office with the initial deposit. The Agreement includes a complete medical history and proof of insurance. If the Riding Program Agreement is not received by the office of Horses In Hawaii by the start of the program date, Horses In Hawaii reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled.

» itinerary changes

Horses In Hawaii reserves the right to alter the itinerary. Tour arrangements can be made up to one year in advance. unforseen circumstances may require changes to be necessary.

» traveler responsibility

As a participant in a program with Horses In Hawaii, you have a responsibility to the riding faculty, other guests and Horses In Hawaii which included the following:

Prepare for your program and your trip to Hawaii by discussing your goals and needs with our trainer and packing appropriate clothing and equipment. All guests are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate and respectful manner and in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii. Make the instructor aware if you feel unable to participate in a particular activity for any reason and to decline to participate.

Horses In Hawaii reserves the right to cancel a client's reservation to any program date due to acts of nature and/or any occurrence out of our control, and the sole liability shall be a full refund of the traveler's deposit or any payments made to us by the client.

Check with your air carrier for limits on checked and carry on luggage.
